Do you charge a fee for an initial consultation?
Our first consultation is always complimentary.
What should we bring to our first consultation?
Anything that will help you share your style and vision for your event with us. For brides, we love to see a photo of your wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses you have selected.
How much is the initial investment and do you have a payment schedule?
To reserve the date of your wedding with one of our designers, your initial investment is 50% of your invoice. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. Additional payments can be setup up by request.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. You will be provided an invoice through email that allows you to pay online with a credit card or through a direct deposit from your bank.
Is there a minimum that we have to meet?
No. We do not require a minimum invoice amount. We work with a variety of budgets.
Do you offer delivery, setup and teardown?
Yes. Our delivery, setup and teardown is included in your contract. We have a talented team that will provide gentle delivery of all of your floral. Our setup team will thoughtfully setup each detail and our teardown team provides a quick removal from your venue.
What if I want to keep my flowers after the event?
We are happy to provide you with all of your floral after an event. However, all vases, vessels, candles, branches or additional rentals will be removed by our teardown team.
